As a customer service consultant, you will be responsible for handling business customer inquiries through two support channels: phone ☎️ and email ⌨️ for the leader in the operating systems industry 💻.
We offer cooperation through a temporary employment agency.

- We will test your Italian and English language level.
- We will invite you to an online meeting with operations representative to check your technical skills.
- You will attend the final interview with with the participation of the project supervisor.

Wymagania
Obowiązkowe
- Very good knowledge of Italian (C1 level)
- Knowledge of English at B2 level
- Positive attitude and being open to customer needs
- Computer literate and quick in searching for information
- Knowledge of MS Office 365 programs
Zakres zadań
- Meeting project and team objectives
- Identifying key customer needs
- Daily contact by phone, email and chat with German customers of a well-known brand from the sports industry
